Forming of function of corrective actions of the project management system on the basis of similarity with system of movement by tacks

On the basis of similarity of control the systems project management and motion of sailing-vessel tacks the function of influences of the system is found "sailing-vessel". Dependences of managing influences are rotined on the terms of external surroundings. The got mathematical dependences of model are resulted.References
