The forming of transportations routing system on the basis of conception of specialization of railway infrastructure

In this article the question of forming of the system of routing of railway transportations comes into question in the conditions of reformation of railway transport of Ukraine. The primary purpose of research is a theoretical ground of approaches in relation to development and exploitation of the railway system on the basis of division of motion after the types of transportations for stage-by-stage creation of through specialized subnet with the distinguished transport corridors.
For the decision of the put scientific problem there were the used methods of theory of the graphs and mathematical programming that gave possibility to work out a mathematical model on the basis of minimization of objective function that, allows to take into account the cost of the spatial moving of train traffic, cost of duration of being of train enroute, penalty approvals for a failure to observe of exactness of arrival of trains and on condition of observance of limits on maintenance of streams in a network; distribution of carrying capacity of railway infrastructure; observance of terms of providing of vitality of network. Research results can be applied during automation of process of determination of parameters of optimal technology of routing of train traffic, that will allow rationally to redistribute the carrying capacity of the railway system for more effective strategy of management of assets of railway transportReferences
