The questions of forming of the integral system of tax stimulation of innovative activity are considered in the article. A tax mechanism as basic instrument of stimulation of innovative activity is investigational. The complex of measures for stimulation, including the use of innovative tax credit(ITC), privileges and preferens, is offered, mechanism of variatinge of rate of income tax depending on effectiveness of innovative processtes for taxpayers.

The number of the obtained patents from the European Patent Office, the structure of the obtained patents about the countries of the world, the dynamics of the industrial composition of the patent resources in Ukraine and their status in the Donetsk region were analyzed.

In the article the question of activation of investment activity and way of activity of organs of power is considered in relation to the influx of investment to Ukraine. The processes of the foreign investing are investigational to Ukraine and tendencies of motion of his volumes. The analysis of bringing in of direct investment investments is executed in the economy of Ukraine in a 1 half-year of 2011 year as compared to the proper periods of past years.

I.V. Zhabianok. Establishing a nash equilibrium market dominated illegally distribute information.
The work deals with the peculiarities of functioning of the information-benefits market. It is illustrated that the existence of the possibility of illegal distribution of information is a particular case of “tragedy of commons”. In other words, such a situation is Nash-equilibrium which doesn’t comply with Pareto-effective condition. -
K.S. Lisitsa. Market conditions of public utilities in Central and Eastern Europe (on the example of railway industry).
The main idea of article is the analysis of public utilities regulation in Central and Eastern Europe (on the example of railways market). It is illustrated that there are neither single approach to railways market regulation nor uniform mechanisms for attraction of foreign direct investments for its development in European Union.
